CSV Diagnostic requests

If you request a $149 CSV Diagnostic fit check, Catalog Guard stores only the business or contact name, email, approximate row-count range, brief non-sensitive summary, request status, and the consent timestamp and consent version recorded when you submit. These details are used solely to evaluate and reply to that request, not for marketing opt-in. Do not send credentials, payment data, catalog files, row values, customer data, or sensitive IDs.

Diagnostic-request records are retained only as long as reasonably needed to evaluate and respond to the request, then may be deleted or de-identified. A request does not create a purchase or start work.

Free launch requests

If you use the new-store request form, Catalog Guard stores only the business or contact name, email, country, existing-store answer, brief goal/context, request status, and the consent timestamp and consent version recorded when you submit. These details are used solely to evaluate and respond to the request, not for marketing opt-in. Do not send credentials, payment data, catalog files, or sensitive IDs.

Records are retained only as long as reasonably needed to evaluate and respond to the request, then may be deleted or de-identified. The form is for new-store requests; an existing store is not accepted through that path.

If a new Shopify store is built and transferred, Shopify may pay Catalog Guard a referral commission after the merchant independently activates an eligible paid plan; this does not change the merchant's Shopify price. Catalog Guard is independent and not affiliated with or certified by Shopify.
